The 6th INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON OPTICAL AND PHOTOELECTRIC PHENOMENA IN SEMICONDUCTOR MICRO- AND NANOSTRUCTURES (OPPSMN-2023) will take place in Fergana, Uzbekistan from 28 to 30 September 2023. Organized by various institutions including Fergana Polytechnic Institute, Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and international partners from Russia, Italy, and China. The conference will focus on discussing the latest research and developments in the field of optical and photoelectric phenomena in semiconductor micro- and nanostructures.
