The paper examines the processes of word formation in modern Uzbek, focusing on the various morphological, semantic, and syntactic methods through which new words emerge. It discusses the influence of globalization, technological advancement, and cultural exchange on the creation of neologisms in Uzbek. The study categorizes new words into borrowings from other languages, compound words, derivatives, and abbreviations and analyzes their role in enriching the Uzbek language and their impact on the existing lexical system.
