This study explores the feminist features present in the novel "Jane Eyre" by Charlotte Bronte. It analyzes Jane Eyre's struggle for independence, education and self-respect as tools of empowerment, and her portrayal as a proto-feminist heroine. The relevance of this work lies in its insights into women's rights and personal identity development, challenging traditional gender roles and advocating for gender equality.
