Ahmad Lutif Kazanci was born in 1936 in Churum district of Turkey. He graduated from primary school and imam-khatib Iyceum in this district. In 1964, he successfully graduated from the Istanbul Higher Islamic Institute and worked in religious services in the cities and districts of Churum, Siirt.
