This master's dissertation discusses the methodology of teaching phraseological combinations in the lessons of teaching high class students to read. It covers scientific concepts of the study of phraseological units in linguistics, the content and methods of presenting phraseological units in teaching foreign languages, theory and methodology of professional teaching of foreign languages, and modern approaches to the organization of teaching foreign languages.
