Born in 1564 in Stratford-upon-Avon, William Shakespeare was the son of John and Mary Arden Shakespeare. His education included subjects like rhetoric, logic, history, and Latin. He dropped out of school when his father faced financial difficulties. In 1582, he married Anne Hathaway and had twins in 1585. He later moved to London to work in theatre. The years between 1583-1592 are referred to as 'The Lost Years' as his whereabouts and activities during that time are unknown.
