Shegren (Sjögren) kasalligi is a chronic autoimmune disease characterized by dysfunction of exocrine glands, mainly affecting salivary and lacrimal glands. It can manifest as primary or secondary to other autoimmune diseases. Symptoms include dryness, inflammation, and systemic manifestations
