Abu Nasr Muhammad ibn Muhammad ibn Uzlug Al-Farabi (873-950) was an important figure in the intellectual centers of the Movarounnahr region such as Tashkent, Bukhara, and Samarkand. He created his own intellectual school during his reign and contributed significantly to the world of science
